Grandpa Soaps Shampoo: A Review

For the sake of full disclosure, I admit I have tried a lot more shampoos than conditioners. My hair is like a pet and super picky about shampoos it seems—I think in part due to our hard water. Sometimes, it likes a new shampoo at first and reacts negatively after a time. Usually, it will make my hair feel like straw and all icky.

I have recently tried Grandpa Soaps Shampoo. It has been really nice for my hair so far, It smells really nice, and cleans my hair well without making it feel icky. I will probably be buying more of their shampoo in the future.

I have only tried the Rosemary scented one as I only needed one for general cleaning and not clarifying my hair. But, I have heard from a couple of the long-haired gals that they do like the clarifying shampoo.

I would like to try their Buttermilk shampoo and see how my hair likes that one as well.

Additionally, I want to try some shampoo bars to decrease my plastic usage.

The ingredients will vary with each scent.

Ingredients for the Rosemary Shampoo:
Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Extract, Cymbopogon Citratus (Lemongrass) Extract, Natural Fragrance (Parfum), Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Cymbopogon Martini Oil, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid
